This luxury property has 4 large bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Some of them are ensuite, and some of them have a bath. It is built on two different levels, which creates a playful effect. On the
ground floor, there is a lovely, modern and Ibiza-style living room. It contains big couch on which you
can relax on after a busy day or heavy diner. Beside it, there is a big table where you can enjoy it with at least 8 people. There are two separate rooms, partly connected to each other.
Even on rainy days, it's cozy inside thanks to a fireplace spot. The gorgeous black-white kitchen provides everything you need. The house provides a large, equipped kitchen and a bar for all guests who visit the house. There's a oven, a microwave, 2 fridges, and a brand new induction cooker.
An amazing villa offers a 4 x 11 size swimming pool, a solarium area with comfortable sunbeds.
The terrace offers a big table for 8 people where everybody can enjoy a wonderful lunch or dinner with a unforgettable sea view. Last but not least: this modern villa has a nice barbecue area. It has an authentic, built-in barbecue and, again, a nice table to eat the delicious food straight from the charcoal.
Our house's staff provide clanging inside and outside two times every week.
