The house is a very special space to relax and enjoy the climate and the light of Ibiza, it is located in a very quiet residential area and close to the beaches of Salinas and Playa Den Bossa, has restaurants, supermarkets, bus stop, gym and 2.5 km from the center of Ibiza. The house has two floors plus the roof terrace, the first floor has the kitchen, located in the tower, a bedroom with two beds, a bathroom and a living-dining room with access to a large terrace and the swimming pool.
A nice barbecue in front of the pool and a garden with trees of 1,000 meters. On the second floor there are three double bedrooms, two of which with access to another beautiful terrace. The other room has a private bathroom and another bathroom in the corridor. One of the rooms is located in the stone tower and the third floor is the roof terrace, from where you can enjoy incredible views of the sea and the castle of Ibiza. ETV-2396-E
Welcome, they call me the vijanera and I am a witch from the Cantabrian lands.
I'm fine but I get angry if you don't take care of my house.
Here you can swim in my swimming pool, have a barbecue, enjoy the veranda and garden, take a nap on the Balinese bed and admire the view from my balcony.
I live in Peace and Harmony and only get out of that state if you play music from 12pm and party.
If you don't throw the garbage, I also ask you for 25€.
Only I manage the pool water. I will not wash your clothes and belongings during your stay here.
I will gladly receive you at 15:00 and greet you combed at 10:00.
Dance, eat, sleep and be merry, but take care of my house.
